So today, a movie came out. Called “The Greatest of All Time.” On Netflix. People excited. But hey, only the regular version is there. Not the long one. Director says more might come later.
You know Thalapathy Vijay, right? He’s in it! And it’s been released in, like, so many languages—Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. Oh yeah, Venkat Prabhu made this one. It’s full of famous actors like Meenakshi, Prabhu Deva, and Sneha. The music? Yuvan Shankar Raja. He did a good job, I think.
But fans didn’t find what they wanted. Only the short version. Some expected a longer one. They didn’t get it. Many thought, “Wait, where’s the rest?” Venkat Prabhu said on X (that’s Twitter now, you know?), “Guys, hold up! We need to finish more effects for the director’s cut. Gonna talk to the producers! Might release deleted stuff soon!”
So, people are sad. But maybe they’ll get what they want later. He promised extra scenes or maybe a new version in the future. Fingers crossed.
The movie hit theaters a while ago, September 5, and wow! People loved it. Did super well, made lots of money. Rs 452 crore. It’s a hit for sure. Vijay even played two characters! Double action! Cool, right?
Now, Vijay’s busy. He’s working on his next film, number 69. No name for it yet. Comes out next year, though!
